Buenaventura Senior Men's Golf Club2025 College ScholarshipThe Buenaventura Senior Men’s Golf Club is offering a $2,500 scholarship to assist a student to attend a four-year university or community college. Qualifications: The applicant must be a high school senior who is planning to attend a community college or four year university. He/she must be actively involved in the high school golf program and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Only the following area high schools are eligible for this program: Adolfo Camarillo, Buena, Carpinteria, Channel Islands, Foothill, Hueneme, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Oxnard, Pacifica, Rio Mesa, Santa Clara, St. Bonaventure, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, and Westlake. Requirements: A short essay MUST be attached (400 words or less) describing yourself, your interests, your school and community activities, your future plans and your financial needs. The essay is a major component of the scholarship consideration.
